  I'm sitting in the store 30 minutes later still waiting for them to load my wood and tile. I called ahead to eliminate the wait and they did not get my paperwork, get the forklift ready, or even find the tile until I was here. It is not busy at all. I was already annoyed that they don't deliver since we ordered more than we can take in one load and this is not helping my mood.
